The Liberty Twink the name refers to is just @ItsClonkAndre

The seatbelt idea would be where it takes a cop 10 seconds or so to recognize the player isn't wearing a seatbelt, rather than instantly.

As for bullet time, something similar to Max Payne 3, the more you kill without bullet time, the more Bullet time you get, but based on where you kill them. Body shot kills give you low bullet time, headshot kills give you more bullet time than body shots.

TBH I also believe there should be a slight delay too in cops recognizing the player openly carrying a weapon. There are certain missions where the player automatically equips a weapon upon exiting the cutscene (Uncle Vlad and Politics to name two) and in the latter's case I had to evade police immediately after that.

there is the "simple speedometer" mod made by @ItsClonkAndre, which is also made with IV-SDK.Net, which has the seatbelt option that you could pair with my idea

Is it also possible to make a feature where weapons that are not Capable of full auto (e.g; Pistos (excluding tlad ap pistol), Shotguns (excluding TBOGT's AA12's)) Can not fire in an automatic way, similar to RDR2 and Max Payne 3 on PC Versions? I'd Would like to spam the Combat shotgun in close combat quarters rather than hold down left click

I also have a 3rd request for GTA IV which would make sense for Niko's arrival to Liberty City, which is that you can't see the whole city in the pause map or the map, similar to RDR2 and GTA V, as the entire (at the beginning of The Cousin bellic) city is covered, and in order to uncover, Like in GTA V and RDR2, you'd have to explore the whole city. This can be as experiencing to Newbies who haven't Played GTA IV or aren't familiar with the map Of Liberty city before, knowing what Niko See's when he first arrived in LC. 

 

And for TLAD, Johnny should only be familiar with a portion of Alderney[lower] (and bohan and northwood bc of the first mission) but not Broker/Dukes, and Luis in TBoGT should be familiar with Algonquin and bohan, but not broker or dukes because he can't remember the name of the fountain in broker/dukes, and Alderney.

I suggest getting a headshot will activate a 1-second bullet time, and getting another headshot during the bullet time will continue the slow. So it will reward good aiming while also making the gunplay really flashy at the same time.

 

Imagine the alley shootout during Badman's random encounter or vigilante missions, you can keep the bullet time in one long sequence by chaining headshots.

Could you also make it so when I tune my car (Acceleration, engine, brakes) with the LC customs tuning option with the Zolikatrainer, which turns Pay'n'Spray into LC Customs, I can save the car's tuned parts, because after i spent a lot of money on Level 4 tuning and painting on my personal car (Sultan RS), it doesnt save my tuning when i save the game after and reopen it, which i lost 70K.

Could you also add an option to give more than one car a tracker, multiple cars into personal cars, but use a binding to turn the tracker on or off (can only turn it on or off if no other car has it on, if another car has the tracker on, and you try to turn another on, it will notify you that you cant because another one has it on) so you dont have to lose the other car and keep it, but have to drive it to a safehouse to turn off its tracker and get another car to use/give the tracker

The LC Customs thing I would love to. The thing is, I could make it happen with personal vehicles somewhat easily, but if I made it happen with any car that the player has... damn. Tying it for each safe house would be a pain. While it's possible, it would be very hack-y, and probably not very good. To better understand what I mean, you could go to IVSDKDotNet > scripts > LibertyTweaks > LibertyTweaks.save. Note how the Personal Vehicle's state is saved. I'm hoping I can figure something out.

 

As for multiple trackers, I have been theorizing on what I could do to make it work. I was thinking once you unlock the service in Algonquin or Alderney, you unlock the ability to purchase multiple trackers for a flat price, able to plant them on any car. But it will deactivate the one you previously had until it's lost or your switch it somehow. It'll work similarly to how placing bombs on cars works prob. You go near the back or front and put it on. That way you can more easily track diff vehicles if you want. I've also made it so the Personal Vehicle blip shows its handling name, so that should ensure that players don't mix up their cars too. I will also probably make trackers half the price if they already have one active. These two in conjunction should work out alright. The limit would be 3 cars I think. But I'm wondering how to make it more seamless and actually fun to use. Does going to each individual car you have and deactivating/activating it manually sound fun? I can't do much with the phone, otherwise I'd do that instead.

It's a IV-SDK.NET mod. IV-SDK.NET doesn't support CE yet and it doesn't have anything to do with FusionFix.

Looks like the rolling is gone now. Also, you have to wait to fully draw the sniper out before you can move.

Hey, I'm using many mods, mostly graphic/fixes, for gameplay I'm using liberty tweaks and Responsive Plus;
So, during Out of Comission, when pegorino hits your heli with the rpg, we actually explode and die, instead of triggering the cutscene. Dunno if it has anything to do with LT, but wanted to let you guys know

Hi, i was wondering if it is possible to include a feature where when you hip-fire (only click LMB but not holding aim-binding) the camera doesn't zoom in but moves to the right in the "shooting position" far back, similar to RDR1/RDR2, Max Payne 3 and obviously GTA V, making hip-fire easy to use, rather than suddenly zooming in close to Niko when clicking LMB.

I've actually been trying. Donnits suggested a similar feature. Idk how to actually set which camera the game uses tho. Instead I made it so the player's movement was faster and the field of view increases a lot. 

It was originally gonna release in 1.7 as a Run & Gun feature, but it's really clunky and I'll end up removing it if I can't figure out a way to set the camera. Ideally, it would just set it as the most zoomed out one, since I think that one's nice.

Hello I have a question about your mod. I faced the major difficulties of enemies with it, and therefore under "Improved Ai Settings", I put everyone on 0, and the mobs after that became poopoo level and stood for 20 seconds and did not shoot at me, but even this setting seems to work on its own will, because they used to be at 0 and fire rate and damage was like a bit hard in main game, but now after I started playing gay tony (and it moved to the main game too) now even with 30 they are way too easy and stupid. In contrary, the cops, and noose no matter how much I tried to configure them, on 0, and on -10 and on 5, they still take half a life from one shot, and I have no idea how to fix it!

Not sure exactly what you mean, but you can disable the feature by disabling "Accuracy & Firerates" under Improved AI.

I actually notice now that I messed up the INI (again) and so either redownload liberty tweaks or change "Increased Accuracy & Firerate" to just "Accuracy & Firerate", then you can disable it properly

I just reinstalled it and first of all set 0 for "Peds Lock Car Doors" because it worsened my gameplay for hours before I figured out that I can change it in config file. Also, as far as I understand it's because of this mod police chase me for a very long time, because you can put in how many seconds the pursuit stops after you get out of their pursuit zone, and probably by default it's too much. Also, the parameters that the car can accidentally broke it's wheel or door. I am not sure, but this could be caused by this mod that I had several cases when I was on a mission where I had 5 stars, and the moment i get in car all the wheels fell off and black smoke went out of the car for literally no reason, so it is better to switch them off too, I think. And indeed, now I put 0 on the "Increased Accuracy & Firerate" as well as on "Improved Police" and "Increased Damage", although this one could be the parameter that actually protects me, right? So you just don't have to change those values under "Improved Ai Settings" and everyyyything will be ok. Btw I played with this insane difficulty way too much that now enemies are too light, maybe I can figure out how to keep difficulty without bs part I guess. Or will install Responsive Plus, though it can cause gun shops not to open, as happened to me several months ago.

I would love to, but it causes some very weird visual bugs. The world will turn black for a second or two. However, I recently found out I can disable the springs for the wheel and that might fix it? I'm not really sure so no promises. I know it's possible though, as ZMenu does it without causing these bugs. Edit: apparently the zmenu one does cause the same issues. So, as a quick update, I can most likely not fix this lol

I wanted to note in the mission Caught with your pants down, when I shot up a police car and it exploded just as I collided into it, the APC literally collapsed, all wheels fell off, the doors, Turret and it was in fire. I didn't even have enough time to get out because in 2 seconds it blew up :p

Also, when I asked Henrique for a Buffalo, and I obtained it, it also broke into pieces on the slight contact with the road against the car Chassie :/

lmfao yeah. I can't really figure out what specifically is triggering it, as I have everything reset when not in a vehicle already, but maybe i'm missing something there still

not really, it's tied to the Miles on Foot stat in the pause menu, which I guess the parachute is counted for. I don't really see this an issue though

I added the different hashes for the gang peds but they are still armed, no idea. I changed the fat cops gun to be the desert eagle and it works. I also noticed that the sprint fix stops working when you're in combat even if the option is set to 0, it also stops working for a brief second when you're pressing any other key when sprinting (c too look back for example, or holding shift while in a gunfight)
