You can try this one with the ATM near the Bohan safe house. You can target people using the ATM and after they are done and you attack them they will drop a lot of money. You could also try to block that road and cause a vehicle pile up. Eventually people with get out of their car and go to use the ATM. As they leave waste them. 

 

A tip for Brucies Car thefts, the more you damage the vehicle you have to deliver, the more money you get, despite the prompt saying that you will get more money if the car is in pristine condition. So damage your vehicle a fair bit and deliver it for more money. This does not apply to Stevie Car Thefts. 

 

Speaking of Stevie Car thefts, after you complete all his thefts, you can deliver any vehicle to Stevies garage and you will get money for it I believe.

The wanted level for destroying a Securicar can be avoided by using various ways and I know those 3 :

• Packie's car bomb ability
• crashing the truck until it is on fire, calling a number to restart the engine might be required
• parking near a barrel on fire with the engine against it, putting the barrel on the side might be required

The game is sometimes generous and ideally will spawn another Securicar after you finished the one you robbed, that's when you don't want wanted stars.

Stevie is going to be your main income in the post game. One you finish all of his specific requests, he'll buy almost any car you bring him, so you basically have an infinite money supply.
