Gta 4 scripts not working

So basically i used to play GTA 4 by modding it. Everything was going fine. But I had to reset my pc so i had to reinstall GTA 4 and i did everything same as before to mod it. All other mods (like: skin, voice, and trainer) are working fine but the scripts aren't working.  I would appreciate it so much for helping. (Also Ignore my grammar)
