How to make Police peds use different guns in GTA IV? +change/add weapons stored in vehicles

I have request for a mod/script that'd for allow this. I know in the EFLC the higher tier law enforcement do use more of the new guns added to the expansions but I would like to see the same in the base GTA IV game.

I'm not really familiar with how the more intricate coding in scripts work except maybe fiddling around with weapon files, but I don't want to switch around the designated slots of guns really.

Lets say for the shotgun equipped police officers to use the EPISODIC_22 (replaced with Mossberg 590A1) instead or NOOSE to use a Spas-12 (separate add-on weapon) or FIB to assigned with the Combat Shotgun (replaced with HD Benelli).

We're well aware of that inconsistency of deployed police using those short pistol grip pump actions instead of the long semi-auto shotguns already stored in their cars.

How would you change the semi auto Combat Shotgun typically stored in standard police cars to the other pump action? Is it possible if a script made other weapons to be stored in other vehicles too?

I think it would be nice to see the same for other police vehicles too where you have the Benelli stored in the FIB Buffalo or say a Spas-12 in the NOOSE Enforcer.

Searched the forums but didn't see really any posts saying much. This would be a great mod implemented but coding isn't really my trade.

Wondered if anyone else figured this out already and could share more polished improvements to this classic game to enjoy.
