Hey, Camden is another story. I read in other thread that Camden is a very close influence to Carcer.

My other headcanon is that Carcer is simply a fictionalized city near LC that is inspired by multiple minor industrial cities.

I mentioned Camden since it's essentially just an extension/suburb of Philly (literally just across the river actually). You've got a point however that Philly isn't completely run-down, but there certainly are parts of the place that look very Carcer-esque...

That said, simply just being a completely fictional city with heavy influence from several real-life cities (much like 3D Universe LC) seems more plausible.

Thank you! What do you want to see from a Chicago GTA?

Really good question... Considering your concept, I'd like to see a section of how the Italian-American mob presence starts to have its slow and gradual downfall; I'd love to see back alley crimes, both as activities and as random events you come across, including armed robbery to an individual, illegal gambling/casinos in backdoor access rooms, high presence of prostitution, etc.

The Italians definitely take part in the world/story.

So do realistic back alley mazes :p They will be possible meetup locations for your arms trade. Great spot for cat and mouse-type shootout mission like this too.

UPDATE 1.05 NOTES

Fleshing out the gunrunning mechanics.

The buzzing about Kojima's Death Stranding reminds me of that game, somehow neglected from my mind for awhile. I'm actually a fan of its delivery gameplay. Like you have to consider how many packages to carry and how to navigate the terrain. Read the section and you can clearly see how it influences the concept.

I'm considering of making Bloodsales' multiplayer to be a "Strand" genre, as I slowly understand how it works. The idea is that you're able to indirectly connect to other players via various means. Like "leaving" vehicles or items to be used by other player, completing other player's order, and recovering other player's weapons cache that's left behind. Do you think of other idea about how we can implement it?

Also adding a Miami Vice parody named Vice Vances. There's theory that 3D Universe exists as fictions within the HDU. I like to think Vic and Lance Vance as this universe's version of Crockett and Tubbs.

MUSIC & TRAILER UPDATE

I watched this movie sometimes ago and instantly got attached with its theme, it would be one of primary candidates for Bloodsales' main theme. A familiarity of eighties' synth and thriller film score . But I couldn't find the clean version for awhile until yesterday! Not the purest quality, but here it is, in the trailer.

This trailer unironically would make a good trailer for the concept itself. It's violent, loud, and dark. Replace Fred Williamson with Austin Stoker, and "Black Cobra" with "Bloodsales" logo in your head, it does the job.

Also updated the radio station section with new tracks. Still WIP, obviously.
