IV Released Sprint In Interiors (GTA IV / TBoGT / TLAD)

If you hate Niko, Luis and Johnny being forced to jog instead of run inside interiors then this simple mod is for you!
You can now sprint around indoors like you would outside, which is especially helpful for larger interiors like warehouses or the Libertonian.

This tweak is enabled for every single interior in the game including EFLC interiors.

 

Once you've used this you won't want to go back!

Works on all versions & patches of GTA 4 including console versions.

This is not a script mod, and you will not need a new save file.

*This mod is not compatible with other mods that have edited interior .ide files. (Read bottom of this post for how to do this tweak manually)

It is compatible however with EFLC add-on interiors.

Install:

GTA IV BASE GAME - Drag and drop "pc" folder into main game directory and merge.

 

 

GTA IV Complete Edition or solo EFLC - Drag and drop "pc", "TBoGT" and "TLAD" folders into main game directory and merge.

 

 

Console Versions - Replace the .ide files in your ps3.rpf or xbox360.rpf with the ones in this mod. -Tested on emulation.

*Backup files for uninstallation are provided*

MANUAL GUIDE FOR USERS WITH EXISTING INTERIOR MODS:

 

If you would still like to have this sprint feature in your game, you can manually add the flag 1024 to the interior flags of each interior in your IDE files. (This is the first entry after the interior name). Ctrl F search 'mlo' 

Example 1:   VladsBar, 0,     to >     VladsBar, 1024,

 

                                                                           Example 2 (if interior has some existing flags already):   Lobby2, 512,     to >     Lobby2, 1536,

Thanks for that!! Yeah it's been an issue on more than one Rockstar title. Maybe to make the interiors feel bigger?...idk

I dont understand the manual installation, i have More Visible Interiors and i dont understand how make compatible both

For those wondering, yes, it works on Complete Edition (CE), I'm currently using version 1.2.0.59 (Lastest available on Steam)!
