has anyone made or is in prosess of making an audio editor for VC?  i tried using the gta3 audio editor but everytime i replace just ONE sound it has to rebuild the whole file, which takes forever because there are litterally thousands of sound files.  

 

how about making a sound editor like the img tool.  you simply pull out and replace without rebuilding.
