Use Zolika's trainer without numpad and more new hotkeys like simple native trainer

Zolika's trainer is an incredible mod menu available for GTA IV and other GTA games which includes numerous features and several mod options. But due to its "Numpad" based navigation hotkeys
many users have faced difficulties in using this trainer on laptops(including me). And due to the lack of hotkey features the menu feels quite inefficient as compared to simple native trainer.
In addition, I found several users who have not been able to figure out how to change the keybinds and make their own hotkeys. So here I present this configuration file with 60+ new hotkeys
and simpler navigation.

*Some default settings I modified
In case you want to trun off any of these, go to the ini file and set the value to 0 next to the option.

1. GTA V radar have been set to be used by default.  
2. Multiplayer radar with more colorful blips and less zoomed version is set by default.
3. Never tired mode is turned on. So now Niko will not stop sprinting unless you turn this option off by pressing ",<"
4. There is an option in the trainer called "fix very high shadows performance" which significantly improved the performance of the game. So I turned it on
by default.
5. Airbreak movement has been smoothened.
6. Movement while using the sniper rifle scop has been enabled by default.
7. Default explossive bullet mode has been set to Molotov. (I kind of liked it better than the grenades)

i can not find this in the .ini i really want it off cuz wel its a stupid hotkey and annoying, but i cant find it
