Theoretically speaking, Michael shouldn’t even be alive now, not only did he spearhead the attack on Merryweather, a whole private army, angered a powerful Triad boss, murdered a connected billionaire (Devin Weston), etc etc He killed a made man in the Ancelotti family in Rocco Pelosi, if anyone remembers the whole reason Luis Lopez didn’t kill Rocco in TBoGT, is because he was a made guy and didn’t want to face the consequences of committing said act. So did the Ancelottis find out about Rocco’s murder and incidentally whack him and maybe Solomon Richards, another character we haven’t heard from since the vanilla game? It's more then likely Rockstar just haven't gotten around to releasing/creating a Michael centric online DLC yet. If they're going to at all. But Rocco was such an insignificant character in V that I doubt that his death will be the catalyst to bringing down one of the stars of GTA 5.
