Is anyone else facing the same problem? If anyone knows why it might be down please let me know, i'd like to know if it just happens every so often for maintenence or something like that. The ScriptHookV.net stuff for example has a github page but basically everything for the base ScriptHook just links to the dev-c site so it seems like I'm out of luck.
