You only have three weirdnesses in your savefile.. - Normally your standart "Max Health" is set to 56.9% (for 100hp) and you can fill it up instantly (100% for 176hp) by completing Paramedic Mission.. My trainer could only reach to 145% which is 200hp but you have more than that and the game can't refill the whole health after saving the game.. i've also did an experiment and tried to feed CJ at vendors and restaurants.. I was right.. you can only get a refill after eating but saving the game will reduce it.. -Your Max Armor stats seems changed.. i've also tried to edit.. - You have a slow pace clock (2000 miliseconds instead of default 1000).
