Does the PS5 version of GTAV have the Dodo seaplane and the other "returning players" content from 2014?

Hi. Is this stuff available in the PS5 version also for non-returning players? I cannot connect to the Social Club account using the PS3 copy of the game anymore and missed out on the returning player content on PC therefore but now I ordered the PS5 version and would love to have this extra content.
