Actually they not heartless 

 

Claude taxi drives and ambulance puts out fires take out dangerous criminals 

 

and Toni does the same stuff and sells cars and motorcycles 

 

and Trevor does taxi drives and help people who get robbed and does stuff for random people 

 

now would a heartless person do this stuff so they do care for people
