Andrey Don't have a portable version of it!! He made a setup known as vcssetup.exe in which you have to install the game as normal!! Nothing is complicated in the setup! It's easy to install....

It"s not clear what OP means with "portable version". Do you mean not requiring an installation, or you mean a mobile version for Android ?

 

If you're looking for the latter you can play on PPSSPP.

Look, my brother doesn't let me installing Andrey Popov's PC adaptation to GTA VCS through the setup so please create a Portable Download version of the PC adaptation to the game!!!!!

What if you just use the setup while your brother isn't looking? It's against forum rules to share a portable version of the game.

I know but he already reformatted my computer in the last summer!!!!!
