[Help] Ammunation in Market does not unlock after Doberman mission.

This only happens to this exact Ammunation depot, rest of them are unlocked and I can purchase weapons inside them. But this has not unlocked
even after progressing further in the story. I am using the Custom Ammunations mod, the latest version. Tried disabling it but no effect.
