I've got the Standard Edition of RDR2 for PS4 as a physical disc. I bought the discless PS5 model and obviously I'll have to purchase RDR2 again digitally if I want to play it on the PS5. 

If I purchase the Ultimate Edition digitally from the PS store and use an existing save file from the Standard Edition, will I receive all the SP bonuses in that save file? I mean the trinkets, talismans, outfits, free horse, core drain bonus, bargains and the bonus mission with Uncle and Charles? (patch version will be the same on both saves)
