Solution MrEWhite Posted March 22 Solution Share Posted March 22 (edited) I've found that DXVK causes quite a bit of input latency on Windows with GTA IV, so I don't recommend it. Here's a Github issue about it. They don't seem to care about Windows since it's mainly for Linux, so it's probably not going to get fixed.
