I don't see why not. The little island at the dam can be landed on and then exited on foot with a well placed jump, if that's the concern?

All good i was just going off the video , im still more less in portland ,  that said i edited my last post ,  1b on the rampage map by the bottom of the Stairs near the Phone Booths dosnt appear to be showing , it may have been Before .... that said 8 mission attampts and 8 missions passed ...

Rampages in GTA III have two locations. At first, the tokens are in location A. If you do the rampage at location A and die or fail, the token moves to location B (and then back to location A if you die or fail again). Did you try rampage 1 at location A (from the top of the train tracks in Harwood)?

i need some tips to fly the dodo, note I'm a biginer fly the dodo after 20 years I've manage to learn!... so how you control the speed? ..with to much speed it became uncontrolable! no doubt the dodo side mission the hardest mission that I play in a gta games! pls some advice!

So it appears i was indeed miss reading the map -  this was a fresh start so i see its main and alt locations mapped

I love the mod but I've many missing textures, they all appear white: Joey's head, the lighthouse, the docks, the WHOLE stadium... Feels like you've not installed it right, or mixed it with other mods. Should be as simple as taking vanilla III and dropping the files on top, afaik nobody else has this issue.

I was able to fix the white textures issue setting the game compatibility in Windows XP Service Pack, so if that happens to someone else that may fix it. I'm playing on Windows 11

okey loving this mod , spoliers i suppose but i got a part were it was one mission before Blow Fish and i found if i did sals mission i would get this pager message Saying " i have urgent business  and Sals icon would disappar  its seemed like the messeage was from tony but if i did all tonys missions and continued as normal i wouldnt get that message ... did i miss somthing here ?  

 

also il report back but might have broken somthing going to the 2nd island early ...  noticing a bunch    diablos up the hill towards Sals ...

good game or I should say AWESOME!!! ...my goal is almost complete!!! 100%

I've done all the side missions first and jumps,rampage and garages,a little harder than before but playable after all, and the hardcore rules= hidden packeges!! I find 94 by my self with the map and without waller crawlwer ,,than the other 6 I watch some videos on youtube! conclusion this is the little help than will make the storyline more accesible, and ps you need some flying skills to find some packeges,and I practice a lot and learn a lot,and voilla after some 20 years something new!! learn to fly a DODO!!

on the next days I will finish the story line!!

ps some bugs with some buildings,the roofs are not solids,like the sigh of heli on police station, or like kenji casino or I should say not all the roofs!!...it should be fixed if it's possible at least where is a packege!

I like the fact that some vehicles like the dodo, tank is involved into the storyline!!!!and I still belive that it might be a good ideea to have evan the 4 original off road missions, like 4 more challenges!

@_Rob_, My claps for this mod, and for the progress from Tightened reas, very good job. Now i got a suggestion of two cars in it:

 

First one, this model SA styled for the Panto

it look much better than the other.

And the second one, is the engine sound for the Cartel Cruiser, maybe you should put the sound for the Rancher (for example) or they same once he got in GTA 3

Glad you like the mods!

Strongly disagree on the first point, SOBB's Panto is much nicer imo. I'm also quite happy with the Cruiser's current sound, personally.

Awesome mod really good. thanks to english ben youtube videos for some tips!, and yes as the trailer says with this mod on vanilla I will pass all the missions easly!

the hardest mission: no doubt the dodo side mission!! it might be the hardest off all gta's original and mods!! the last mission on my 5'th try I win but after all is playbale the time is the problem but it's a really good challenge!! is like it mean to be the last mission!!

the best part for me: I learn to fly the dodo yes yes

the mafia and the cartel not attack you after finish the story line wow i like that!!

I have a little suggestion for a reward for 100% what about all the gangs not attacking you anymore after all you are the king!

 

next challenge for me tightened vice

Is there any way to delete Bang Radio from the game? It's, uh, it's pretty awful if you ask me, always a chore to cycle through when it comes up in a car.

Correct, requires a new save game, probably should have mentioned, but it often happens with SCM edits sadly. I have no idea what you're talking a bout with roofs though?

Managed to find it on my own just a minute after posting the question, hah! Still, thank you for the quick answer. Oh man, you patched the mob doctor island right after I had 30 tries trying to make the jump, ugh.

My mouse doesn't work in game for some reason, like I can click on stuff in the menu, but while I am controlling claude, I can't rotate my camera, I can't punch or use a weapon. Any help?

A few questions: Is this an issue you have with III before installing Tightened? If not, are your controls set to "classic" instead of standard" perhaps, or mouse sensitivity set low?

Also bear in mind, TT has its own set of user files, so all of those settings will have reverted to default the first time you launched the mod. Might also be worth alt-tabbing in and out too.

Ye the sensitivity was VERY low apparently lol. Thanks for your help. When san andreas? or are you not the one working on it?

Glad it's sorted. I am working on Tightened'reas, but I have no set date for it, it's a long way from finished.

I wish I could help, but I really don't know how much simpler it could be. There's no more detail I can add when it's literally "install vanilla III, copy/paste Tightened's files".

Are you sure you have no other mods installed and that your copy of III launches before modifying it?

Do I have to remove original folders and replace with the ones in mod? Or just replace some single files in the folders?

You don't remove anything, just paste the new files/folders on top. Windows automatically overwrites files inside all of the folders, as the structure of the provided mod files are the same.

Sorry, I don't understand how to do it. I tried already a few combinations and none worked. I will try to install it from a different website and maybe it will work.

Maybe I can get some information where I can download the vanilla version that will be fine with this mod?
