Did you try pausing and unpausing? I seem to remember that fixing this bug when it occured in vanilla III.

In all honesty, I would reccomend this mod as a base to play GTA3 for the first time, it is that good and on point with the era it is set in. Also the music he uses for his showcases shows that he clearly knows what he's doing.

_Rob_ said that he has no plans to make a "Tightened/Toughened" mod for San Andreas.

Возникла проблема с огнеметом, он не поджигает педов что очень плохо(может у меня что-то не так случилось и как исправить)

Heads up, Patch 1.05 time! Thanks to some feedback and watching a few streams, a few small issues have come to light and been addressed.

Changelog:

- Fixed a marker in 'Something Smells Fishy' that could get stuck if the player dies too early.
- Adjusted traffic spawning values to reduce the chances of the blue/yellow lighting glitch.
- Fixed a couple of text strings.
- Fixed an issue where an uncollected weapon wouldn't despawn if uncollected in 'Butcher, Sailor, Powderstick Maker'.
- Fixed a memory leak that could cause enemy weapons to be uncollectable late in the game.

Why not just use "noreplay.asi" by The Hero?

Apparently the replay recording stuff on the PC version likes to overwrite timecycle data for some reason, which causes that broken lighting glitch among other similar nasty stuff. Don't forget to rename the extension from ".dll" to ".asi" before use, though.

Because replays are a fundamental part of almost any speedrun, and removing them would go against the mission statement of the mod.

Oh well. Great job on the prequel anyway, if it wasn't for the huge download size I would definitely try out this mod (alternate DL link without radio stations please?).

 

The only thing I found jarring in the mod is that the police helicopter chases after you even in interiors. Did you not map out the cull-zones for them? They're needed to create places where rain, street rubbish and the police helicopter shouldn't appear.

Yes... I know what cullzones are lol.
Sadly no new ones (yet). The recompiler doesn't seem to work for me, and disabling the dat and trying to force using the IPL doesn't seem to work either (or at least my added lines do nothing).

Sounds like it, though an odd one. What happens, the ship just suddenly stopped having collision, or?

Такое происходило время от времени и как я думаю связано с тем что при загрузке сохранения объект не загружает коллизию, Либо самим собой решалось или при переезде на другой остров и обратно(This happened from time to time and, as I think, is due to the fact that when loading the save, the object does not load the collision, Either it was solved by itself or when moving to another island and back)

(Text on Russian Language) Вообщем краткий список того чего я заметил из багов за время моего геймплея (1 остров пройден+ сама игра почти пройдена)

  • Timecyc багованный и иногда устраивает лсд вечеринки на улицах Либерти Сити 
  • Пропадает коллизия у корабля на котором проходит доп квест Ship Rekt
  • Порой при попытки сохраниться игра не выводит окно о сохранение и персонаж стоит внутри вечно
  • Необъяснимые для меня порой вылеты во время захода на задания(может я что-то перемудрил)

P.s Роб, я сделал на основе твоей модификации свою сборку для более комфортного прохождения в стиле lcs, если ты будешь не против, могу ли я выложить ссылку здесь, все что в ней есть продублирую в следующем сообщение 

(Text for the English speaking community) In general, a short list of what I noticed from the bugs during my gameplay (1 island completed + the game itself is almost completed)

  • Timecyc is buggy and occasionally throws LSD parties on the streets of Liberty City
  • The collision of the ship on which the additional quest Ship Rekt takes place disappears
  • Sometimes when you try to save, the game does not display the save window and the character stays inside forever
  • Sometimes inexplicable crashes for me when entering tasks (maybe I overdid something)

P.s Rob, I made my build based on your modification for a more comfortable passage in the style of lcs, if you don't mind, can I post the link here,
I will duplicate everything in it in the next message.

Yes, and not to say that somehow the mod becomes easier, it's just that the Dodo itself was not a priori conceived as an aircraft and still I was able to get my portion of pain from controlling it

I also wanted to add the ability to view the map as in LCS, but the mod just crashes with an error when adding it, Lol

Plus, I ran into a problem during the installation of the mod, since the normal version of the game is hard to find

The import/export list did change to reflect the car change, are you sure you don't have some kind of texture pack installed or something?
