CESP And Career Builder Question (GTA Online Expanded And Enhanced)

A while back I had pre purchased a GTA V + CESP bundle for Xbox One (they were on a massive sale and I wasn't sure if I was gonna get such a deal again). If I am able to get an Xbox Series S and upgrade to the Expanded And Enhanced Edition, will I still be able to access the Career Builder and the stuff in the CESP if I start a new character?

Yes. I switched from XB1 version to XSX's E&E version as soon as E&E was released last year, and my CESP stuff carried over. And I was still able to access Career Builder when creating a second character.
