capture card set up

Couldn't find a place to specifically post this so hope I didn't miss it.

 

I'm trying to start making game videos and streaming from my ps4. I have a good capture card but confused about hooking everything up. I know how to go from game to TV and to computer but headphones and mic. Somewhere I read I have to hook my headphones to capture card and cant use my Bluetooth set up I use now into ps4. Is that true? Will my computer not record my mic that way? Then if I buy new corded headphones to plug into capture card will people in the game hear me? And will I need separate mic and headphones?

 

This is the capture card I have. Not the best I know but watched alot of comparison videos and it got high marks
