Like internet cafe from GTA IV, where you can use the internet on the computer and see different fake sites, I dpn't want the ones that have actually real sites like google, becuase that kinda ruins the immersion.

Speaking of immersion. In 1992 there were only 10 websites online. And something from wiki:

"In July 1991, the SFnet Coffeehouse Network was opened in San Francisco, United States by Wayne Gregori. Gregori installed coin-operated computer terminals in coffeehouses throughout the San Francisco Bay Area.
