hello
well, as we all know, gta online on pc is going through a chaotic stage with many users unfairly banned thanks to hackers who just want to ruin the experience of other players

and well I was one of those recently banned users because my epic games account was hacked and therefore my social club account was also altered

and I want help from someone who went through the same or similar
What did you do to get rockstar support to return your gta online account?

I have tried to prove that I was hacked and sent several screenshots to the rockstar games service
but even though it is evident that a hack happened
the rockstar service has sent the same message that they have not discovered anything strange and I have not been able to recover my account

In any case, if I don't find another solution, I will have to create another account and start from the beginning again.

Since then, no one has tried to access my account.

in my case it was someone from brazil
first he hacked my google account and then he accessed my epic account and later he changed my email and password
This happened on February 7 of this year.

obviously since my epic games account is directly associated with my social club account, the hacker had no problem to start modifying all my progress, I remember that I had rp of 116 and the hacker changed that to level 300 and obviously my money also having more than $300,000,000 and modifying many of my garages and stuff

I spent approximately 1 or 2 weeks trying to recover my eipc games account because a message was bugged and it did not appear to change the password
but after a lot I managed to get my epic account

but my social club account was altered and even though I reported this to rockstar support, they did nothing to help me
So I kept playing as usual and days ago I received a message that my account was banned 30 days

and obviously I went again to ask for help from rockstar support
but even though I am showing evidence that my account was hacked and all my progress was altered
they only changed my ban to permanent

so again I am appealing to get my account back

Bans can't be appealed. If you want to play again, get a new copy with all new accounts.

Depends, they've been handing out IP bans to people, but that's not manually, just sh*t tripped their anti-cheat and giving false bans.

 

If was me, I'd look into the IP's that accessed the account before I did anything.

 

Unfortunately have dealt with stuff like this before, but I was on the other end of the stick. The excuses and stories I've heard.. them unaware I was spectating them for days before I decided.

Yes, perhaps what bothers me the most about this situation is that I am showing all the changes to my account
private messages with Epic Games where they talk about the Hacking of my account. Old screenshots from days before my account was hacked showing my level and money at that time
and new screenshots with all the money altered and level altered
and everything is evident that I was hacked
but for them it is not enough tests and they have not noticed anything strange in my game

So what kind of system do they have to determine that I wasn't hacked?

You're only talking to Epic? Why not Rockstar Support? Epic's just a host for the game? They can't do anything other than what was done to your Epic account or a game they own.

 

I don't think you'll get your Epic account back, in all honesty. If you do, that'd be great but unlikely, they were pretty shady with my sister a few years ago.

I mean when I got hacked I contacted both supports
but only epic helped me recover my epic games account

and rockstar did nothing
to restore the original values of my social club account, you know RP and Money

and well, continue playing as I normally do, having fun playing the missions of Gerald, Simeon, Trevor, Dre's Contract. etc

So days ago I received the notification that my social club account in gta online was banned

then contact rockstar games support to clarify the matter
and to rockstar games support I have sent screenshots of my gta online account amtes and after the hack, the conversation I had with epic games to prove that I was hacked
screenshots of when I couldn't access my epic account
screenshots of the vehicles and money and rp that the hacker added to my account

and well
for Rockstar all this together
it's no big deal
maybe they use the last registered movements that were made in my game as an excuse

I mean
the last purchases I made
and if I'm not mistaken it was an angar
although I have to clarify that I did this by collecting money from Dre's contract
I guess that.

and ahhhhh now that I remember
my brother sometimes plays gta online on my account
damn!
I guess he spend money from my altered account
