Is there any way to change your characters blood a different color?

I just got the The Gate mod from JulioNIB and wanted to play as Spawn from Image Comics but, the color of the characters blood is red. This would not work at all due to the fact that Spawn has lime-green blood in the comics because of Necroplasm. I wanted to know if there is a mod or a special setting that allows only the player to have colored blood and not other peds.spacer.png
