I think Flash FM would come back as well, and it would probably play modern pop.

 

I doubt stations like Wildstyle, Emotion or The Wave would return however since they're firmly 80s stations to begin with.

I think few will retain the old name, but their genres scope will be repurposed for modern setting. Like Flash FM for contemporary pop and V-Rock for 80s Rock/Metal only. Maybe Vice City FM from EFLC will replace the old Wave 103 and the original Flash FM, and becoming a radio for 80s Pop, Synthpop, and New Wave songs.

Realistically, the radio stations that I could logically see make a return in GTA VI are Flash FM (playing contemporary pop music), V-Rock (playing hard rock and metal from the 80s to today) and VCPR, maybe San Juan Sounds (playing Latin hip-hop & reggaeton) as well. The rest would be completely new stations. Here are my examples:

• Linerunner FM (plays country music, similar to K-Rose from San Andreas and Rebel Radio from GTA V)
• Throwback 98.6 (plays 80's pop and rock; similar to Vice City FM from GTA IV, sounding like a cross between the original Flash FM, Emotion 98.3 and Wave 103)
• Pulse 103 (a modern rebrand of Wave 103, playing indie pop and modern synthpop music; similar to Radio Mirror Park from GTA V and Horizon Pulse from the Forza Horizon games)
• Ocean Tides Radio (plays contemporary rock music; similar to Radio Broker from GTA IV or Vinewood Boulevard Radio from GTA V)
• La Revolucion (plays classic and contemporary Latin pop music station, the station would have two blocks dedicated to the respective genres; similar to Radio Espantoso from GTA Vice City and Vice City Stories and East Los FM from GTA V)

another name I liked was Golden Age Radio from wise man's concept topic. If there's an 80s themed radio it would be a nice name. 

 

Radio Havana sounds cool to me, like Radio Broker in LC. But there's a real life Radio Havana so idk if it will be a problem.

La Revolucion it's a great name for a station  I had thought about a latin station called Buenas Ondas FM or something like that, but I think I prefer your idea. 
This time around I hope they show more sensible thought with the djs than East Los FM. There are good songs on that station but I always skip it because Don Cheto is annoying as hell and there are a couple of horrible, abysmal songs(one particularly ugly is Don Cheto's)

Those names look good ! But what about a rap/hip-hop station ? And what San Juan Sounds should play if there's already La Revolucion ?

It'll still play reggaeton. La Revolucion would play other Latin music.

 

For the hip-hop stations...

 

• Vice Bass FM (a classic hip-hop & Miami Bass radio station)
• Dirty Drip Radio (a contemporary hip-hop radio station focusing on artists from the Southern states, including Florida)

As much as I love Radio Mirror Park.. I am already falling for Pulse 103. Rockstar knows that radio station is loved so I think they def are making a new station with the same tone in VI.
