Gta sa intro not playing any sound

When I make gta sa exe run for administrator and set it to compatitabity mode in the property setting and start it up, when the intro starts, absolutely no sound is played in the intro. All of things has been wrong with my pc copy of gta vice city and gta san andreas these past 2 months.
