San Andreas Multiplayer Crashing Problem (Not Sure If This Happens On Single Player 1.0 pc retail version)

Basically I was playing samp, welcome to los santos, this has been happening often but I been getting crashes where it would say something like, there is no documented solution for winmmbase.dll, I am not sure if this all started after removing skygfx.asi from my directory, and I am not sure if this crash will also happen in single player.

Single player works but I am getting no sound in the intro.
