Claude voice actor

I think Claude in gta 3 had a voice actor and motion capture and it is Scott maslen I know because just think he played Claude speed in gta 2 and rockstar did say that Claude are Claude speed might be the same person and in the trailer they used a clip from gta 2 as Claude voice so I think they hinting that Scott maslen is indeed Claude does it make sense

Nah, Claude and Claude Speed are completely different people. And no, Rockstar did not say that they're both the same person. Stop spreading misinformation .

That was added in by a fan after the fact wasnt it

The video in question was from Rockstar themselves, through IGN. We will never know the original - original, however, the sound was added in post production.

 

Also, the voice bit from GTA 2 isn't even Claude's, it's a street carjacker's.

 

Scott Maslen was not involved at all in any of GTA3's production. That's just dumb.

I think I know where they got Claude's grunt sounds from. In Manhunt, if you use a shotgun or a sniper rifle to headshot a hunter, they sometimes make the exact same grunt sound Claude does in GTA3, and judging by the voice work it's definitely some local hired actor.

 

...So, better start digging up MH1's credits, I guess?

As far as I've observed it applies to all hunters, maybe except the Cerberus as the radio effect on their audio makes it difficult to hear the grunt sound.

In fact Caude's voice actor is Zack de la Rocha since he sings Voice of the voiceless with Rage against the machine.
