I am playing GTA San Andreas on the Xbox One and my health/lung capacity skills won’t increase at all no matter what I do. I cant complete Woozie’s amphibious assault mission without the lung capacity at 20%. I tried uninstalling and redownloading the game but it has not helped. I am trying to unlock achievements so I have not used any cheats and I do not want to restart after the progress I made. Has anyone else run into this problem?

Hey! Are you doing this correctly? Like staying inside the sea until it starts hitting CJ's health bar? Do it at least 10 or 20 times but carefully so CJ won't drown, only go up right before it hits health, will take a while, swim underwater. Or is the problem something else here? The best place to do this I think is west side of San Fierro, the beach area.

I haven’t had that problem yet and I’ve played the definitive edition on Xbox one and series X. Do as @44Orcasaid and see if that works you pretty much have to almost start the drowning process for it to bump up. This is a good time to go ahead and collect oysters from the LS and SF area.

Thank you for the response, I really appreciate it. I tried that for awhile because in all the times I played this game I never had an issue so then I realized it’s a bug in the game. I just completed the ambulance mission and it gave me max health, but even a new save didn’t help with the lung capacity increasing. I might try and collect all 50 oysters, maybe that will work with increasing it to 100%. I really don’t want to restart after all these side missions i’ve been completing

Thank you! It didn’t help at all, even with a new save file so I am going to try to collect all 50 oysters and see if that gives me 100% and allows me to complete the mission

Never heard of a bug of not increasing lung capacity, can't find one, is it new? maybe there's a way to report to rockstar? There's the bug section too maybe you can post in details about it.

I hear a lot of bugs that don't even exist in these sections, interesting. Maybe rockstar can see them but what causes them?
