I will be posting any GTA mods I make here, probably all for Vice City, so that I don't spam the forum with too many mod threads otherwise . I will probably make mostly CLEO mods and other small things, and just a tiny few vehicles since making vehicles still takes me a very long time and I have too much OCD for their details. I hope you enjoy these. Some mods might get updated if they require bug fixing. Spoiler 2003 Dominator ASP Inspired by the 4th gen Ford Mustang. My first fully scratch-made car mod so it's not exactly top quality. I tried to make it in the style of the cars from the XBOX version of Vice City. Wheels are not included, it uses the ones from the default game or from a wheels mod you may have in your game. Download link at GTAInside.com 1997 Stanier Car Pack Includes a taxi version, FBI version and a few police versions with different liveries. Download link at GTAInside.com 1989 Shi-tzu Dropkick / Gaia Hiker / Declasse Grasshopper / Imponte Sunbeam Inspired by old mini SUVs, mostly the Geo Tracker/Suzuki Vitara/Suzuki Sidekick/Pontiac Sunrunner, with a bit of Daihatsu Rocky and Isuzu Amigo. Includes modloader and MVL versions, and 2 models: one made in the style of XBOX Vice City cars and one in the style of the original PC version cars. Off the Vice City time setting by just a few years if you consider the real life ones it's based on, although mini SUVs were already a thing by the mid 80's. Although this mod is intended for Vice City I also included a GTA III-compatible version as a bonus. Download link at Mediafire Spoiler Water Respawn A small mod that makes you respawn when you fall into the water, unless you are inside a car. You respawn at the nearest shore and some time will have passed depending on the distance. If you have a wanted level of 3 or more stars, you will instead spawn on a police boat and you will get busted. Download link at GTAInside.com Stadium Event Selector This mod lets you enter the Hyman Memorial Stadium events at any time of day and lets you choose which event you want to enter, out of the 3 existing ones. This over-rides the normal stadium entrance that only opens after 8 PM. Useful if your game stopped changing events by itself (a common bug, apparently) or if you just don't like having to show up at the stadium after 8 PM to play these side missions. Download link at GTAInside.com Hotel Room Spawn This simple Cleo mod makes it so that when you load a save game from the hotel, instead of spawning at the lobby you spawn inside your room. Download link at Mediafire Spoiler Animated "Atomic" Blimp ("The World Is Yours" from Scarface) - Uses AudioTex by HackMan128 Using the awesome AudioTex mod by HackMan128 that allows animated textures, this mod replaces the default GASH blimp with a new one. I made it into an Atomic brand blimp (since it's the GTA lore's equivalent of Goodyear) and at night it displays an animated scrolling text saying THE WORLD IS YOURS, like in that scene from Scarface. I included the files from AudioTex itself in this mod. Note that if you already have another mod that uses AudioTex you will probably need to edit the text file by hand. Download link at Mediafire Link to the official AudioTex thread by HackMan128 Custom VC:Traffic Settings (requires VC:Traffic mod) Some custom settings for the great VC:Traffic mod by AK-73. I made it so that a lot of pedestrians and cars spawn at rush hour, while the streets get mostly near empty at the early morning hours (I like driving around and watching how the streets change as time goes by in-game). I tried to also adjust it so that pedestrians and cars spawn and de-spawn at a good distance in order to keep their numbers at a steady rate. It may still need some editing. Some missions will be harder or easier depending on the time of day but so far I haven't run into any impossible ones. Download link at Mediafire Download link for the original mod by AK-73 (required) Edited Light Directions for the SkyGFX NEO Car Pipeline This Cleo mod is an edit to the AmbientLightingFix by SaveliM aka @CrazyRusModders. It's just one line of code but that mod was already fantastic, so all credit goes to that person (I simply changed a number in that one line of Cleo code). This edit simply makes it so that the light directions are more suitable for those using the NEO car pipeline (XBOX graphics) in SkyGFX. It also makes the smoke effects at Ocean Drive a bit better. Without this file you may notice that the tail light effects of the cars appear reflected on their roofs when you look at them from the front. With this mod they mostly just reflect on the back of the cars. Download link at Mediafire Fix for Ocean Drive Light Reflections at 8 PM/9 Pm This mod fixes a problem where one of the roads at Ocean Drive changes to its "night" version at 8 PM while the one right next to it does it at 9 PM, resulting in the red light reflection getting cut abruptly. With this mod, both change at 8 PM.
