Help with 'I Need Your Clothes, Boots, & Motorcycle

I hope someone can help me pass this mission. Recently I downloaded a save file on GTA SnP, which had No Way on the Subway passed, but not  I Need Your Clothes, Boots, & Motorcycle.

 

Riding a bike is HARD. If I fall, Niko always tries to jack another car thereby causing me to fail. Plase let me know who can help me.

With bike you need to go slowy when using keyboard, don't always press W and let it by itself with controlling A or D to turn. Unless you play with controller, not sure there.
