AsphaltTracker
Usually, I don't like when people involve GTA characters in their missions, but that's not the case on this one. I really enjoyed your first mission, the gameplay is good and so is the soundtrack. There's a few things that bothered me, though. Firstly, I don't like non-headshotable enemies, but they can be good if used correctly. In the case of your mission, I found them to have too much health considering how many of them are. By my guess, you set the health of the enemies at the museum to 500. Considering the quantity of enemies, 250 health would be better imo. Also, I don't like the fact that some vehicles (notably Claude's Buffalo and that black Freeway) spawn out of the sudden. If you don't want them to spawn so suddenly, just make them spawn like a normal vehicle and then put a checkpoint inside of them (and remember to spawn them before the player has eye contact with them). Other than that, I don't see many flaws. My game crashed before that first cutscene with Biff but turning the frame limiter off fixed it. Overall, it's a pretty good first mission. I would rate it 8.5/10. I hope you keep doing a nice job with the following missions!
