I'm mostly going to post shows from childhood, as shows I watch as an adult like The Sopranos are still watched and talked about a lot.

The Wonder Year was great for a kid being introduced to more drama style. I felt kind of nostalgic even at the time.  It's so weird when you remember shows where the main character was older than you. Now he looks like such a young kid.

Alex Mack, my first crush as a kid. The actress who plays her is a few years older than me but doesn't do it for me now, lol.

Sister, Sister was hilarious too. It's still kind of funny and holds up well.

Then there was Games Master which was a videogame TV show back when Videogame TV shows existed.

Lets not forget the weird Aussie shows we'd get too.

The Time Ranger

@Mister Pink I was not aware there was a gamesmaster tv show, I read the magazine religiously from the mid 00's until the early 2010's. Just googled there and it went out of print in 2018, shame but not unexpected considering how the internet is now the main source of info.

Yes, back when there were a few gaming shows coming out of the UK like Head to Head. Surprised Gamesmaster was still in print until 2018!  Yeah, old media like that needs to evolve to podcasting and online video, IMO.

Dude I totally remember watching this back when I was a young fella almost everyday after school.

1990s Aussie tv was something else.😉

Edit: sh*t. Now I have the “round the twist” song stuck in my head after years of being dormant. What have you done? lol.

Godzilla The Series

There was an even earlier animated series of Godzilla from the late 70's onward that used to be shown in the UK when I was a kid.

Justified is a neo-western crime drama and an adaptation of Elmore Leonard's book work and is worth reading if you like this series.

It's a mixture of western and noir that moves in a story dominated by moral ambiguity and its protagonist's Raylan Givens (Timothy Olyphant, Deadwood) very personal sense of justice.

Moonlight was about a vampire who works as an L.A. private investigator, but it was canceled in 2007.

A decent forgotten show despite being the ripoff of Forever Knight. It's a shame it didn’t get more seasons.

hmmm...

Sledge Hammer! Man if memory serves me right it was super fun show.

The Twilight Zone, V, Moonlighting, Silk Stalkings. One more thing....Columbo. (Not so serious, I just wanted to say that famous quote.)

Married with Children is not forgotten. Al Bundy is unbeatable, still holds Polk High touchdown record in one game.

There was mid 00s show named Las Vegas: Casino. I liked a lot, reminds me a lot TBOGT i dont know why. Maybe that glamour of that era, some management issues.

I was probably never once reruned here.

Fringe

It was one of those episode monster/case of the week type shows that somehow just went nuts and built up a multiverse/time travel story that initially felt like a mess that they were making up as they went along but somehow tied it all together every season. Really one of the best sci-fi shows there's ever been with some great actors/performances in it, particularly from Anna Torv and Lance Reddick but by far away the stand out character and for me one of the best characters I've seen in TV period was Water Bishop who was played by John Noble.

Around the same time as the 90s Godzilla cartoon, there was a Men in Black cartoon. Which imo, was a much better followup than MiB2 and the rest of the movies.(especially International, which should have never been made)

Then there was Seven Days, a show about preventing terrorist attacks with time travel. With the MC only having 7 days to fix the future.

I watched probably all these 90s cartoons mostly for teenagers. It was MIB one, Godzilla, Gargoyle, Extreme Ghostbusters.

Sad part is I watched them all on RTL and I know jacksh*t of German language when I was 5.

Weird, non of these cartoon was there even officially on TV and with dubbing.

I really wouldn't call any of those Series aimed at teens. Preteens sure. Then again, kids were watching edgier stuff back than then now. Just look at all of the horror series aimed at kids during the 90s.(Goosebumps, Are You Afraid of the Dark?, Tells from The Crypt Keeper, and Freaky Stories. Funnily enough,  all of those were made in Canada...)

And oh yeah,  Freaky Stories is a forgot series.

Can we just go back to the 90s?

Maybe I will sound like complete boomer, but what I watched is kid probably now some Karen mother will find problematic, her kids will be traumatized or want to cancel whole tv station.

Here back in days clock striked 22:00 on friday and we get instantly some erotic tv show :kekw: . Same Poland and Germany . It was pre internet era and I get tv in my room.

We used to have the Dinosaurs as tv kids show on early weekend show, because nobody truly understand what they were talking and they was thinking its for kids. Good times! Definitely nobody was upset for nothing.

Talking about ghost stories, thats nothing we had reporters here searching for some paranormal stuff in main time. :prismkek:
