Heyy Team, I May need Help With An Issue With GTA ItSelf.

Anyone Seen Or Have A Issue Where There Characters Look Budget AsH Please Help 

I Have A Screenshot Of Image Of My Issue But Dont Know How To Post/Upload It.

Hope Someone Can Help Thanks In Advance.
