Forek Posted February 17 Share Posted February 17 Hey guys! I hope we will see some nods to the previous GTA games, especially since there are so many unanswered questions about the lore. The presence of Jerry Kapowitz from GTA IV is almost guaranteed. Perhaps he will be one of our quest-givers, or maybe we'll be able to visit his businesses (or even ruin them?). I'm also curious about the fate of the protagonists of V. Spoiler perhaps one of them will share the fate of Johnny Klebitz Maybe we will learn more about the "Eastern European guy who went quiet"? Perhaps we will be able to visit Tommy V's tombstone in memory of Ray Liotta? Rockstar used to memorialize their deceased employees in its games, so it would be possible i guess. Paper Mario Posted February 17 Share Posted February 17 Finding a tombstone would be nice. It's a neat way to memorize the character and person who voiced Tommy. I was just thinking about how, since the game is most likely taking place in modern times, there should be this 80's shop somewhere that is filled with little nods to Vice City and will scratch that itch a little for those who wanted the full game to be in the 80s. They could paint it white, hide it in one special spot and have it be a nod to Lance's Infernus. Or maybe we could spot Tommy's shirt in a store and maybe even get to wear it. Or how about news anchors talking about the death or the overthrow of a Latin American dictator who used to hide in Vice City in the 80s? The possibilities are limitless. R* could even make some cool references to old VC and VCS, like mentioning Love Fist concert, gang wars between Haitians and Cubans. I am totally down for as much references as possible.
