Help me Remap my "enter" key

I recently installed GTA 4 (V1.6.2) on my pc and it works fine,

however the enter key on my keyboard is broken, and in certain scenarios the game asks me to press the enter key (for example- Taaking a taxi ride,buying clothes,weapons).

I remaped my enter key to my right shift key using "keytweak" and it works fine however when im playing the game it does not.

So if anyone knows how I can  remap my enter key to something else in the  game(I cant through control settings) 

Or if there is a patch for this then please let me know..

I use the "F" button on keyboard for all GTA games on PC, I think it's the default right?, You don't like that one?

I would love to use "F", only if i could manage to replace the functions of " Enter " With "F"

Wouldn't that be with "default settings button" in the options so it can have it as "F" again? 

There's probably a way to change them from a file but so far all I found is that they are encrypted or something.

With space or with mouse click that, wait so not even this works??
