Issues Logging In

Is anyone else having issues logging in to GTA Online?  I keep getting the error that the servers or services are unavailable.  It's been having issues for the past few days.  I can't access through XBox One or PS4.  Rockstar keeps breaking this game and they don't care to fix any issues.  I can't even access Rockstar Support on my laptop to submit a ticket.  This is ridiculous.  I though this company had a bit of cash that they could use to, I don't know, make sure their servers function.  Guess not.  This is a recurring problem that usually sorts itself out, but the last time this happened, it was unplayable for me for at least a month unless I connected through my cell phone's wireless hotspot, which isn't working properly now either, but that connection is slow and unstable.  The game asked me to accept new policies the other day.  Only on Playstation, though.  Then, it failed saving constantly.  Then, a couple days later, it worked ok.  Now, it's not letting me on at all.

Same happens to me with Xbox Series X (although I don't play the E&E version).

I get the same issue on XBox Series X, also the non E&E version, XBox One, and Playstation 4.  I think Rockstar has an issue with my IP address or something.  It happens from time to time.  I know it's not just my internet, though, because I can play other online games without issue.  I'm having to use my Verizon Wireless hotspot to play now.  Sometimes, that connection is fine, but sometimes it's unstable.  At least I can play sometimes this way.  It's just annoying that Rockstar keep having thiese issues.  Do you have access to a hotspot?

Have same problem on PC. Tried everything suggested online and still can't sign in for almost a week now.

If you can sign into Socialclub on your phone using mobile data (turn off wifi on your phone)  then they banned your IP.

Theres nothing you can do. If you are lucky unplugging your router for a few minutes could give you a new IP address. If you are like me and this doesnt work, you are pretty much screwed and have to play ping pong with Rockstar Support for a couple weeks until they finally give you a real person and they decide to help you or not. I got hit last month for around 2 weeks until a real person finally helped me. But then I got hit again last week and now I sit and wait and wait.

Thanks for your input. I can't sign in on my phone using mobile data. Tried rebooting and even resetting my router to no avail. Guess I'll have to go your route and try Rockstar support.

Looks like it is impossible to contact rockstar support. Sent email and went to site and nothing works.

Never mind. Was able to submit a ticket on my phone using mobile data. Problem contacting was only on PC.

Same Issue, just tried to log in for the first time in about a month or so and I get Rockstar services unavailable and timing out on PC.

PS5 - Server Connections - Servers are Down. 

Not entirely sure why, friends were online, at least 1 or 2. 

Keeps trying to establish a connection, same result.
