Does having a saved - in hangar - Supervolito Carbon you can't call via Pegasus because you don't own one and Franklin was so kind and humble to provide it for free to save qualify as rare? I would say yes because not many know about the possibility to and how to do it - no forced glitches, game did it on its own.

Accidentally found out that this disgusting unicorn mask is also rare. I think I won it in casino a long time ago.

I got the manhunt “please stop me” mask

from halloween 2015 iirc. I feel like that’s one of the rarest as it was only available for like one or two days and was never rereleased

It was a Christmas gift in 2016. Casino could also be possible, but idk.

Actually it was released twice once with the team battle event and a few years later with a christmas special crate drops. The mask sucks imo its not an actual smiley's mask just a hockey mask with a reskin
