Maybe someone had a mod or whatever and put that into the game, because I have never seen that, and I've seen pretty much all of Vice... Well you can buy one i think at the north point mall shop in the first island like gnobe said, goto the amunation at the north point mall and they have one in stock. as for "FINDING" one.. i dont think ive ever obtainted one without cheats or buying one at the north point mall.
