I have a nightclub on my main character and all biker businesses but it barely got my invest back, doing a 500k sale from time to time. I believe you when you say you made 100 million by the nightclub, but how much time did you invest in it and how many night club stuff did you have do? I like the acid lab as passive income, investing 60k in supplies sells for abut 220k, which is 160k for little effort. Personally I do not like or do any of the businesses.

The Nightclub sales takes a long time to make you break even from your investment and you need to get it optimized by having all the other necessary businesses running in the background, it's the slowest money making business in the game but it's also the most hands-off business there is, so it's literally the best business after the Acid Lab.

For me, it took about two years before I reached the mark of $100m made on the Nightclub sales, it took that long because I never bothered to wait until my Nightclub warehouse was full, I only made smaller sales so I could drive the Speedo Custom which is the best vehicle for Nightclub sales, back then we couldn't do businesses in a Invite-Only session, so using the Speedo was the best alternative for sales in public lobbies.

Nowadays though, the money you can make on the Nightclub safe alone more than makes up for the investment if you keep your popularity full, which isn't hard at all but it does require a few visits to the nightclub, the money on the warehouse sales now is just a bonus and back then it was my main source of income.

There will still be a challenge ahead, it’s pricy to buy things and you gotta grind alot. If that’s your thing then it can be fun.

I’d definitely recommend playing GTA V story mode and the other GTA games if you haven’t. Especially since you plan on playing alone.

I’ve enjoyed online a little bit but it can be frustrating, especially when you have to do missions with “randoms” that can be complete immature idiots most of the time. I always played without a mic and then I made the mistake of playing with one and stopped playing the game the next day LOL Fortunately most of the newer content can be played alone in private session though.

Really you just gotta dive into and see how you like it.

Exsanguination, You are spot on, actually that's what I did, I jumped into gta5 mods site and found "online" like mods that add more to the story mode, I'm just going to mod the hell out of the story mode and just learn how to play the game.

I am very grateful from all of the advice given here but I found a lot of it overwhelming and hard to keep track of.

Being on PC FiveM might also be an option but I know little about it, from what I have read here GTAO on PC seems to be a wholly different matter than consoles.

FiveM at least from what i've seen is more roleplay focused, different servers with similar themes, grown adults larping as cops using mics, it is cringy to me, but some ppl like that. It doesn't offer the progression of GTAO, there are no missions, businesses, etc, the things i play online for viewing it as extension of story mode like Claude since we play as mute characters. One thing i liek about FiveM are a lot of real life cars added to servers which is not possible in regular game for obvious reasons, but even then progression to get said vehicles probably requires a lot of grinding, way more than playing GTAO to acquire different expensive cars and make and be collector with hundreds of them.

For sales, how quick you get your investment back depends on how much you play and how willing you are to leave the game running while you are not actively playing. The best time to sell with the 5 best businesses is after 20 hours and you make around $800k profit. If you buy the cheapest of everything and only upgrade what you have to, the Nightclub (and all associated businesses) will make its money back in 10 sales. Now that the sales can be done in invite only it's even easier to complete the stupid simple solo friendly sales. The 200 hours of play time to reach this may be a lot for some, but if you leave the game running all day you'll be profitable in 10 days. And that's not counting the improved safe, improved popularity missions, or calling Yohan to collect additional product.

With the improved safe and popularity missions you can empty the safe every 2 to 5 in game days for $100k to $193k profit and refill popularity with the simple "throw out drunk" or "drive VIP" mission for 25% popularity. If you don't want to do the popularity missions, then you can go to a basement computer and quickly swap DJs to receive 10% popularity per swap for a cost of $10k. This is a good deal since the first two days of a full bar will award $100k.

Counterfeit Cash $845,000
Methamphetamine Lab $910,000
Cocaine Lockup $975,000

LSIA Nightclub $1,135,000
Equipment Upgrade $1,425,000
Staff Upgrade $475,000
Security Upgrade $695,000
Pounder Custom $320,530

Total: $7,980,530

$800,000 Profit per Sale: 9.98 sales
