I think r* messed up the unlocks again.

 

Instead of the teal enema I got blue lightning (the only one unlocked in the ski mask from LSDW)

 

And still nothing from the stash house for day 4. Seriously, did they set a limit of 50k or something?

Just make new ticket. And keep doing it until they give items to you. That's the only way they seem to understand.

When and for what they handed out orange lightning denim jacket? I found one in my wardrobe. I definitely didn't buy it and didn't win in casino. 

This is not the first thing that magically appears. Some of them also magically disappear later. So I decided to ask, or am I the only one so lucky?

Yep, I have yet to receive that Pump Shotgun's Tint. But probably not gonna happen.

I asked for help on Halloween/2019 when my main char's garages got messed. Like cars in my hangar or missing and a jet in one of my garages.

The support told me that they can give "legitimately earned" $/RP back, but can't restore unlockables.

And "offered" to fully wipe my account instead. Restoring only the $/RP.

I keep getting the popup screen saying I've unlocked the ski mask, yet nowhere to be seen.  I did eventually get all of the other clothes unlocks though.

I keep seeing the splash screen saying I've unlocked that black teal ski mask, yet nothing. This going on for a couple weeks now.
