60 FPS compliant Skimmer handling (tiny mod)

I like playing GTA Vice City at 60 FPS now and I saw somewhere that the Skimmer can't fly if you play at that frame rate. I found that it's true so I made this tiny handling edit to make it able to take off and fly. Idk if it's maybe too fast or arcadish but it seems to work more or less fine. I haven't tested it in the Dildo Dodo mission yet cause I didn't get that far in my current playthrough, sorry

Just extract and throw the folder into your Modloader folder or replace the 2 lines in your Handling file by hand.

 

To be able to play the game at 60 FPS I'm using the frame limiter feature in the game's options and also this mod: Framerate Vigilante by ThirteenAG
