No Customers in Auto Shop

My 2nd Character's Auto Shop doesn't bring any new customers even when I get the text from sessanta while on 1st Character is getting all the f*cking cars and I bet if I switched to my Main Character right now, customer's car from this text would be already inside.

Looking for your suggestions what might fix this issue, I don't have a way to unlock the platinum award for this character and im 27/50 into it.

Sort of same thing here,except I don't have a 2nd character. In May of 2022 I emailed RS support after months of not having a car show up. I even bought another AutoShop mechanic. No luck. 

I am sure I could fix it by relocating the AutoShop,but even with 400 million,I refuse to do it.  I love where the AuutoShop is located and I shouldn't have to pay for RS bugs. (I am confident a move would fix the bug because my MC Clubhouse never got a bike until I moved it).

The 1st month or two when the AutoShop was getting cars to deliver,  a bug showed up where  a car was stuck in the shop-I couldn't deliver it. RS eventually fixed this.

If I were starting over again I would not buy the AutoShop-certainly not the mechanic and his  car bay. 

The AutoShop has been the buggiest property for me.

Well I eventually went my own way and simply changed the location of an Auto Shop without any staff upgrades. Customer's car appeared right after I left the Auto Shop lol
Once I'll finish this Plat Award I'll come back to the original location no probs

It just typical R* issues.... I had those bug, but later after few days works again

I got this bug again after they did a hotfix in autoshop for the second time and again i have to change the autoshop location and back to fix it but only one car lift bugged. Clearing the cache seems work for some people but not for me.

When did they ever fix it? I haven't had a car since aug 2022 (maybe even longer-that is when I finally emailed RS).  I bought a 2nd mechanic around that time-no help.

What is worrying me is now my bikes are not spawning-and I really miss them!

They didnt fix this specific bug but they did some changes with autoshop again for the same thing people using the car lift to dupe cars but it bugged my car lift the only way to fix it is to change autoshop location and buy again the same location before or stay with the new location. You can try that with clubhouse too but i never had problems with that.

Try check this topic maybe it will help but for me didnt work clear the cache

Rockstar doesn't acknowledge the existence of this problem. They say that the saved profile is corrupted and they can't do anything. (Yes, for the second character everything works as it should.)

I've been corresponding with support for half a year already. Now we find out who is to blame.

Support says that this is a unique case and "something is broken in YOUR profile". I'm trying to explain that this is YOUR game and only YOU can to correct the situation. They answer that they deal only with mass problems, but they don't have mass appeals about this bug.

Ok, that was fixed for me today. Here is an email from support:

I am also facing the same issue. while I entered n the shop

After close to a year I finally started getting cars in my autoshop. BUT, its been about 1 month since I have gotten a bike in my MC Clubhouse.

hehehe! C'Mon RS! I starting to think this is intentional.

 

Obviously I'd like to have cars and bikes show up to be delivered,but if I had to pick it would be the bikes. Love delivering them!

Anyone else having problems with bikes appearing?
