WarringMunky Posted January 13 Share Posted January 13 I went to Shoreside Vale early by beaching a boat, pushing past Phil's base (which puts it past that pipe that blocks the way) & then pushing it back into the water so I could check to make sure my face wasn't screwed up with the Purple Nines' oversight where they won't spawn & you can't do their missions. While I was there I decided to do the Vigilante & Firefighter Missions & get all the packages before heading back to Staunton. When I ended up getting back to Staunton & retrieving all the packages, is showing that I have 95 of them when I'm certain I've gotten 96. I know if you cheat on PC & Console versions the game won't let you 100%. Does GTA3 register that you're cheating if you do things on an island before you're supposed to be there, even if you didn't enter any cheat codes? Maybe you should try uploading your save file here (provided your platform is supported): https://gtasnp.com/upload You can check the collectibles map and verify whether you really got those packages you think you got.
