Gta San Andreas white flickering dots

Hello, when I play gta sa I get these weird white flickering dots in certain places such as roads and buildings.

Is there any way to fix them?

I play on 1.0 US

 

My Specs

Gtx 1650

16GB Ram

i5-10300h

Windows 10

It's happening because these building parts has been designed with old programs and not connected/closed properly.. You can also reach Blue Hell from some locations like San Fierro Mall
