Stock Market Not Updating

I just completed the first air cargo mission with Trevor and now the stock market is not working. The prices of the stocks no longer update.

 

I have tired sleeping and saving which moves the price 1 time and then is frozen again.

 

How do I fix it or will I not be able to use the stock market normally again?
