Good someone who understands a lot of the effects of GTA SAN andreas?

im trying to make a pubg blood color in colorblind mode in gta, but i still haven't found a solution i can use to change the blood color in gta, i already tried to change txd & dff texture but to no avail. If someone understands and can help me I would be very grateful. :) 

 

I play SAMP.
