Strange cheat menu in GTA:Vice City Mobile

Hello,i recently discovered a weird cheat menu that can be accessed in GTA VC Mobile by mashing the exit vehicle button when doing the Bombs Away mission.Then

you need to keep pressing the button and the screen will go black.After a few minutes of constantly pressing the button a cheat menu will appear.

Has this been discovered before?
