Running Two Separate GTA Licenses on Same PC?

I have one copy (my main one) on Epic and have the other one I haven't used in years on Steam, possible to download the Steam one and run two different copies on my PC or will that mess the game files up?

You mean run them at the same time or just switch back and forth? Regardless you can do both, just if you want to run both games you'll need virtual machine (and a good pc). If one copy at a time just another installation via steam.
