GTA Online Property Wishlist

I tried using the search bar, but the topics that pop up are unrelated. So, if this is redundant in any way, please move the topic. I'm pretty sure I've seen a similar topic last year.

 

BTW, here's my wishlist for properties in GTA Online, most are in Southern San Andreas (existing map) and a few are either out in the ocean or in the Carribean.

 

1. Del Perro beach house. I got the apartment in Vespucci years ago, only to be disappointed because it doesn't have windows. I would have preferred a closer view to the beach and probably the two-story, High-end apartment interiors would work for this.
2. Chumash stilt-house. Who doesn't love Chumash? You're both close to the beach and near the canyon at the same time. Not to mention proximity to the Chumash Bunker for those who have it (I don't). I don't mind reused interiors.
3. Actual Farmhouse. Although, I think the Farmhouse Bunker makes up for this, I still want an actual Farmhouse.
4. Island property with biker business, ala-Cayo Perico. If they're gonna improve on the Biker Businesses, make it so that there are Coca and Weed Plantations on this map to make production more efficient. It doesn't have to be Cayo-Perico 1:1. I wouldn't mind if the hangar was a reused hangar from Smuggler's Run. I'd also love it if we could actually have our Pagasus boats docked. I have around 10 of these boats that I want to display.
5. Aircraft Carrier. I'd appreciate a mobile landing pad that I can teleport anywhere in the map. I also have at least 15 aircraft in my storage that really need to see the light of day. They can sell it for $5M and I wouldn't mind as long as we can transfer it almost anywhere we want. Also, give us a CRAM turrets with tracers.

Just having a boat yard would be nice, we have the ability to customise cars, trucks, bikes, helicopters and planes but we're yet to be able to modify boats, like wtf

Second Hangar.

10 Car Motorcycle Garages that take up the same room as the Clubhouse's Garage. Pretty sure the 6 car garages would work space wise for 10 bikes.

Mirror Park (although if it comes it probably won't be 10 cars)

I would be very happy with a low-end or medium house in Mirror Park too.

 

By the way, there seems to be a discount active at the moment. Which apartnemts in Del Perro and Eclipse would you recommend for the view?

I would trade a 10 car apartment garages for a 10 motorcycle garage. I don't buy many motorcycles because I don't like "wasting" a car slot on one. And they look weird with so much space between them in a normal garage.

I'm really not sure, I rarely go into my apartments. I traded my Del Perro years back, I think for a Stilt House. I have Eclipse but have only been in the garage in the past year or so.

A haulage company with truck garage to customize trucks and trailers in it.

Yes, the MOC can be customized in the bunker. It's a good start. GTA has a lot of trucks that can be customized as well.

I moved my arcade to Grapeseed since I'm not planning to touch Diamond Casino Heist that much and I thought Grapeseed needs one more investor. XD

Yeah. I love customizing my vehicles. A lot of times the color doesn't match my expectations when they're delivered. It's been months since I rode a boat, I think they even come in random colors.

I need the 2nd Hangar too! I want to buy the Conada, but my Hangar's full ATM. Why don't they let us have multiple Hangars? I'd certainly buy one in Los Santos if they don't give us the Aircraft Carrier. And if they do give us that thing, it should be just like a yacht, moveable with air defenses.

 

Also, let us have another clubhouse! I love the cheapest clubhouse (the one with the gas pumps), but I tried the two-story ones and I like the interior more. I used to store my non-harley bikes in my apartment garage, but I've since mixed them with cars. But, I'd still appreciate a 2nd clubhouse. If the Lost MC has clubhouses all over the US, then why shouldn't I have more than one?

Inb4 EuroTruckSimulator.

They should give us exotic import missions for Simeon. You import vehcles either from the docks for less pay, or the countryside for more; using another MOC-like trailer. It should be just like the Exotic Exports, there should be no timer and police should be limited. Also, it should be just trailers lying around to be picked by our own cab. I don't like being forced to use cabs other than the Phantom Wedge.

Need a crew house like whenever I’m online and want to check whoever in my crew is on in the crew house.
